I am writing to say thank you for the job you and your team did in installing my new heat pump. I like doing business with a professional organisation, and your team has not disappointed.

First, I was most pleased with the way you kept me informed as to the time frames at all stages. If you were not going to arrive exactly when scheduled, you called and confirmed well ahead of time to ensure my needs were met. This was at all points of interaction, and as a working individual it really helped me know what the state of play was.

Second, I really appreciate the sound and practical advice offered at the time of the quote. It really helped me make the decisions I needed to make.

Finally, and probably the most impressive of all was the way the work was carried out. Your staff were courteous, informative and friendly. They did everything one with high expectations would want. They were respectful of privacy, asked permission and consulted where required and left hte job site cleaner than any other service professional I have ever dealt with. It is like they were never there, yet there was a heat pump (no small job to install). No shortcuts were taken, and I was extremely pleased with the way they made efforts to make the electrical connection invisible which I had not been expecting.

In summary I found dealing with your company to be pleasant in all respects, and it is my intention to use you for future maintenance or other similar work required. I will also share my experience with any of my friends and colleagues considering installing heat pumps.

We would like to say how wonderful our heat pump has been since your young man came and temporarily fixed it last week. We have had real heat for the first time since we’ve had it and will feel more comfortable when the valve has been replaced so the refrigeration gas doesn’t leak.

The overall level of service that Wasabi Air provided was first class. The lads were very friendly and professional and got the job done to a high standard. We also appreciated them staying late to get the job finished in one day. The weather has warmed up considerably, but we have been very impressed by the heat pumps on the few nights that we've used them. We think that they will be a great investment.
