At Wasabi we pride ourselves on being there for you if you have a fault or breakdown with your heat pump.  Contact us to discuss your heat pump problem and we’ll talk you through the solution. Often the issue can be diagnosed over the phone – it could be something as simple as requiring new batteries in your remote or changing the mode from heating to cooling.
 
If we can’t help over the telephone, we’ll send out one of our service specialists to diagnose the issue and if possible, repair on the spot.
